After saving options

When opening GTK theme options, save changes (creates new ~/.gtk*.ini files), will prevent opening the kde-gtk-config afterwards (resulting in systemsettings crash).

When removing ~/.gtkrc-2.0 and ~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4, I'm able to reopen the menu again. To clarify it doesn't matter if selecting different settings or using the default given.

It seems to me like a parsing config bug.
