While KDE session has been locked trying to unlock it it hangs for a while and than nothing. Trying to unlock it again gives a hang again for a while. A last after 5-10 tries it unlocks. This happens always regardless of session is X or Wayland.

After installation of Kubuntu 18.04 on host system, I found that this bug is relevant only in KVM environment. On host system it is not reproducible.

I have same issue with Kubuntu 18.04.1, in QEMU too.

Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software. As it has been a while since this issue was reported, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version? Like Plasma 5.25, or ideally 5.26?
