Full screen screenshot at 4K, unmodified

I have a 4K screen, and am using it at its native resolution. Whenever I take a screenshot, it for some reason gets resized down to 1080p. This applies to both full screen and single window screenshots.

Instructions:

1. Verify the screen is at 3840x2160 (4K monitor obviously required)
2. Press PrintScreen
3. Save the resulting picture
4. See that it's 1920x1080 in size.

I'm unable to reproduce this on my 4K setup (with 1.5 scale).

I tried a few more things(using 2X scale) but I still wasn't able to reproduce it using the master versions.

If you can still reproduce it using the latest versions on your system, please update this ticket.
