apparently the cursor on xwayland applications has the correct size

The cursor on a plasma wayland session is bigger, but has the correct size on xwayland apps or at least on non qt apps. Note: It also flicks to the center of the screen while plasma is loading

The cursor is set by the application. Thus you need to report to Qt.
