After latest KDE update layout key change become unresponsive on every KDE start. For me it switched by Menu key. Forced to open keyboard layout settings dialog, re-change some settings, then layout switching works again. Boring!

F..g ibus: some package installed it by dependencies. Removed all ibus-* packages like ibus-gtk3 - works fine now! Thanks and sorry!
