Description grouchomarx.fr 2018-02-23 12:37:52 UTC
The column widths in detailed views in Dolphin are adjusted automatically by default (which can be turned off).
I wish the same option was ported to the file picker dialog.

Right now, the usage is not very practical:
- the columns are not sized properly from the get go
- the widths are not remembered
- also everything has to be readjusted every time the first column or the dialog are resized.

In Dolphin, it is perfect.

Strongly agree, and I'd been meaning to file this myself. Moving to KIO, which owns these.
