SDDM

So every time the sddm theme is updated the background image get's removed. I mean every single time for me. It ends up like this in theme.conf

[General]
type=color
color=#1d99f3
background=

But weirder than that is that sddm is seeing a background rule there and decides to use it instead of the blue.

SDDM is not a KDE project and issues like this are tracked at https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues

XD then why is it an option here. Ok then.

"systemsettings | kcm_sddm" tracks bugs in the *control module* for SDDM, which is a KDE project. What you're describing is an upgrade issue, which is related to SDDM itself not our control module for it.

I understand. Thank you.
