Tested on Windows nightly build from 2/20/2018. Windows 10.

I was being sloppy doing something and accidentally double clicked "Use Template" from the new dialog with the first animation template.

Clicking the button once does not crash and it works ok. 

Double clicking the button does crash.

Can you reproduce it? If so, can you you add a crash log (https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger)?
