I performed an in place upgrade from Opensuse 42.3 to Tumbleweed. When I boot my laptop with an external display connected, the bottom toolbar is missing. If i switch between the laptop display and the external display (fn+f8 on my laptop), the toolbar comes back. If I boot with no external display connected, the toolbar is also there. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.connect external display 2.boot pc 3.login to kde (plasma) When an external display is connected I get a Plasma screen with no toolbar. To fix it I need to swap displays with the laptop hotkeys (Dell fn+f8) and plug/unplug the hdmi cord.
