Description RaitaroH 2018-02-20 13:43:03 UTC
So for some reason, sometimes, notifications sorta hang around without hiding themselves. They may be either plasma notifications or even notifications sent using notify-send. It is very hard for me to say what causes it but it does happen quite a bit. For example a plugged in notification stated on screen for 20+ sec before I closed it myself.

I sometimes run into this too, I think. If I click the window of the "persistent" notification window then move away the mouse and click on other place, the window disappear then. Are you talking about this behaviour?

I usually just click the X to close the notification. It does happen sometime, but I haven't tested if clicking on it then clicking on another window makes it go away. Just clicking on the window doesn't cut it obviously, but I find it faster to just click the X button.

Then, maybe our situations are different :)
