Description Rytelier 2018-02-20 10:06:20 UTC
When using a custom brush tip of high resolution, like more than 500 pixels in the size, the displays is stuttering. It doesn't affect the performance of brush itself, but display has lower framerate.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a brush tip of over 500px resolution.
- Apply this tip to a brush.
- Move your cursor and compare its performance with other brushes.

Well, this is possible of course. It'll always be possible to do something that brings Krita or your system to its knees. Have you got opengl or angle enabled? Or are you using the cpu canvas? Is the brush very complex?

I've tried both OpenGL and Angle - same results.
Brush complexity doesn't matter - only brush tip size affects it.
