Description Andrej Valek 2018-02-19 07:40:52 UTC
Version: 2.5.0 (using KDE 5.28.0)
Installed from: Debian DEBs
OS: Linux 9

When more tabs are opened unable move over arrows to last/first tab. Text in tabs is not compressed.

It was working fine on KDE4 and older version of krusader.

It works fine on stable v2.6.0. Please try this version and report back.
Comment 2 Andrej Valek 2018-02-20 07:18:34 UTC
KDE Frameworks 5.28.0
Qt 5.7.1 (built against 5.7.1)
The xcb windowing system

I have tested this versions:
- 2.4.0 - works fine
- 2.5.0 - problematic
- 2.6.0 "Stiff Challenges" - problematic
 - after creating new tab - "QWidget::insertAction: Attempt to insert null action"

All of the packages have been taken from official Debian repo.

I missed that the report is for KrViewer tabs, not for the folder tabs in main window, sorry. I confirm, it's very buggy. It seems like it's trying to always show an active tab.

As a workaround you may use Ctrl+Tab, Ctrl+Shift+Tab or Ctrl+], Ctrl+[ for tab switching. Thanks for the report!

kde5-krusader-2.7.1
Bug is still actual
Comment 6 Andrej Valek 2019-05-14 13:30:03 UTC
Do we have some progress?
Comment 7 Nikita Melnichenko 2019-05-24 05:17:35 UTC
As I recall, we discussed this internally some time ago and we think it may be related to an upstream bug. So far we don't have any solution but patches are always welcome!

As a workaround you may use Ctrl+Tab, Ctrl+Shift+Tab or Ctrl+], Ctrl+[ for tab switching.
