Example of the bug

Whenever I plug/unplug an external display (DisplayPort, Thinkpad x250) I get a list weird issues with plasmashell and/or the panels:

* The panel on the main screen gets a transparent small bar (few pixels) on the bottom and to the half of the "hamburger menu" button (see screenshot)

* Maximizing an application causes it to not take the panel into account anymore

Killing plasmashell and restarting it fixes these issues. However, it is quite annoying when plug/unplug a screen quite often

Thanks for the report Nicolas. I'm unable to reproduce this on my desktop or laptop.

Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved.
