both bottom panel and popup are light despite the rest of the UI being dark.

The semantic analysis popup that appears when hovering over an identifier always uses the same light theme. I am using a dark KDE theme, dark theme in Settings -> Color Theme and dark color schema. Interestingly, when the bottom panel is showing semantic info it is also light, but when it is showing uses of an identifier it is dark except for one line.

Longstanding issue sadly; see comments of the older report.
