Created attachment 110534 [details] Ungrouped icons in task manager After updating to plasma 5.12.0, when I open multiple instances of an application, sometimes they are not grouped in the icons-only task manager, but rather the application appears multiple times (i.e. multiple icons), even though one of the icons there shows the plus sign. Attached is a screenshot. Right-clicking the icon with the plus sign and selecting close doesn't close the other instances.
Is this happens with some particular app?

Happens with LO Writer quite often (guess it's been fixed already), and sometimes with other applications that don't seem to have anything in common (dolphin, sublime, okular). The latter is rare and usually happens when opening them quickly in a row while some other process is using system resources.

Cannot reproduce with LibreOffice apps anymore, and IIRC this turned out to be an issue with LibreOffice itself which eventually got fixed. Can you still reproduce this with LibreOffice or other apps?
Still reproducible in 5.17.5, but very seldom. Happens still with Dolphin and Sublime.
