.xsession-errors file

I'm on kubuntu bionic dailies and when I booted my Latte dock was missing. After trying to add it multiple times unsuccessfully Plasma crashed completely and all my panels are gone and there is only a black background. (The alt-tab task switcher still works).

I've attached my .xsession-errors file

Upon reboot plasmashell fails to start and when I do a 'kstart plasmashell' I get:

kstart(2721) main: Omitting both --window and --windowclass arguments is not recommended
QDBusConnection: name 'org.a11y.atspi.Registry' had owner '' but we thought it was ':1.1'
KCrash: Attempting to start /usr/bin/plasmashell from kdeinit

Uninstalling latte-dock allows me to start plasmashell but I connot move the panel or it crashes again.
