Button that confusingly says "Apply"

Right now the "add review" UI shows a button with the word "Apply". This is a little odd; from a user perspective, you're not applying anything, you're trying to submit a review. It would be nicer if the button was titled "Submit" or "Submit Review" instead.

Set "Submit" as the label that will send the review

Convey that this is about submitting the review rather than accepting it
per se.
