Since commit https://commits.kde.org/plasma-workspace/fc5a45403025286fed063273f958ef0aa04f7f30 KRunner opens behind keep above windows on Wayland. This is a regression to before and especially compared to X11.

If I press ALT + SPACE then krunner is still below a top panel.

This was resolved by going through dbus.
