I was testing Plasma on Wayland and I found the following issue. 

1. Create a new rule
2. Go to tab [Size & Position] -> [Desktop] 
Desktop dropdown only shows 2 entries 
- "1:" 
- "All Desktop" 
... regardless of my multi desktop configuration (ex. at the moment I have 2 rows/2 columns)

If I configure the rules on X11 ( where the dropdown shows the correct values ) then on Wayland the rules are respected correctly

Currently the creation of new window rules is just not yet possible on a Wayland setup. This is a known issue which is actively being worked on. I expect that with 5.13 or 5.14 we have the rule system in place for Wayland.

I'm removing the keywords as it's not a regression (Wayland doesn't have rule support yet) and KWin doesn't use the wayland keyword, we use the flag system.

I just want to confirm the bug is still present on Plasma 5.13
