If you configure a key combination to exit Plasma (Like the default Ctrl + Alt + Del), the logout-greeter should skip the timeout, if the combination gets triggered twice.
For example:
On my laptop I configured the power button to shutdown (logout-greeter).
If I press it once the logout-greeter appears.
If I press it once again the logout-greeter should skip the timeout and proceed.
