Description avlas 2018-02-04 21:02:00 UTC
I think it would be great to have the option to pin/unpin messages so they appear on top irrespective of the date. This would be a very nice complement to marking messages as important.

I use that feature frequently, keeping those messages in the Inbox until I can deal with them properly. However, when messages get accumulated in the Inbox, I wish I could pin them according to priority, ideally with an option to sort pinned messages by drag'n'drop.

Not sure how difficult this may be to implement though.

Not sure it's completely the same. We both use the word "pin", but the two bugs mean it differently, don't they?

Do you mean that your wish would be a follow-on from mine?

I thought mine would fullfill both, if not, feel free to reopen and explain more in depth your use case and use scenario

I like your proposal very much and it's not orthogonal of mine, but I was just suggesting to pin a message so it appears at top of a given folder, similarly to how this can be set in telegram, whatsapp, twitter, etc.

So it's not a real duplicate, therefore I reopen it
