Upgraded from plasmashell 5.8.8 to plasmashell 5.12.0
FN keys controlling brightness no longer work. Nothing happens. This used to work in 5.8.8

Same, (update from 5.11) and also mute button stopped working(diode reacts when unmute from OS) and probably others which I don't use.

Same problem on arch linux
brightness keys (F11, F12) not work on plasma 5.12

Same problem on two laptops (Arch + KDE and Manjaro KDE).

Same problem on Manjaro KDE:
After last upgrade, which included KDE plasma 5.12.1 the FN keys controlling the brightness no longer worked, allthough I can controll the brightness with the battery widget.

Manjaro 17.1.5 KDE
Kernel 4.14.19-1-MANJARO
KDE plasma 5.12.1
