Right now, you can add repos, and you can delete them, but you can't edit them. It would be nice if instead of superfluous filter button (see Bug 389767) we had a little edit button so people could edit a repo's URL, if for whatever reason they needed to.
What's the use-case?
Personally, I dunno, but users have asked for this. There might be some valid use cases for Debian-based distros where repos change a lot, and altering substrings in repo strings can produce dramatic effects.

Oops, forgot to update the status.
PackageKit repo editing isn't supported. We could have it for flatpak, and for flatpak one will want the flatpakrepo file anyway. Or it's for super corner-cases because one would have to change the gpg key. So I'd say software-properties is their friend.
