When having more than one panel, launchers added through the application launcher menu's right click option always go to the main one, and there is no way to put these in secondary panels. Would be nice if it were possible to move launchers from one panel to another.

For example, if I right click some application from the launcher menu and select "pin to task manager", or if I add a widget from the menu, I cannot directly drag-and-drop it from one panel to another. It's still possible to first move it to the desktop outside of any panel, and from there move it again to a panel, but not to move them directly between panels.
Oh yeah, this isn't how it's meant to be.

This was fixed by the panel drag and drop refactor!
