Steps to reproduce:
1. Have 3 screens. Run wayland session.
2. Open kscreen and chagne scale factor of one screen to 2x
3. Wallpaper doesn't resize and overflow to second screen.
4. Open kscreen and restore scale factor to 1x
5. Wallpaper is small (1/4 of the screen)

Yeah :/

We don't have change signals from Qt. I have some patches in motion there.

I could do some hacks, but it doesn't seem worth it at this point in development.

If you see this in Qt 5.11, please reopen.
