Clean install.

Hundreds of lines in my syslog filled up with nonsense like:

Jan 30 14:58:20 local plasmashell[4792]: kf5.kcoreaddons.desktopparser: Could not locate service type file kservicetypes5/, tried ("/home/someuser/.local/share", "/var/lib/plasma5-profiles/common/share", "/usr/local/share", "/usr/share")

Possibly some KCM package isn't installed

Can't reproduce in Plasma 5.18.
