gdb backtrace

When starting System Settings a crash occurs every time. This was apparently caused by a recent update (4.11.5-0neon+16.04+xenial+build57). Was working prior. Was told in IRC to file upstream.

Quick konsole output: https://paste.kde.org/pkbxsybmv

Feel free to mark as invalid: It turns out this bug was caused by a Mesa 3.0 RC2 bug for AMD cards that actually affects a lot of Plasma and Qt apps: https://bugzilla.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104806

Downgrading Mesa solved the issue.

Mesa 18 bug.
