Using the 'Receive notifications' plugin I would like the ability to filter out a number of notifications I received from my phone through KDE Connect.  My Android phone can throw a large number of notifications which can be distracting on the desktop, these might include 'Pixel Ambient Services' for showing the current song playing or even gmail notifications (which I would also get anyway native on the desktop).

I would like the option to configure filters for notifications.  I'm not sure how this could be implemented in a flexible/user friendly way, one suggestion would be to create regex based filters which can be applied to either the app or the message content in the KDE Connect notification plug-in settings.
