When clicking Look and feel and Desktop Theme the "mainview" is empty, clicking Cursor and Splash show content on mainview.
Clicking back on Look and Feel or Desktop theme removes content from mainview.

This is on a complete freshly installed neon, external packages except slack and chrome.

Just ran it from konsole and it says:
org.kde.kcoreaddons: Error loading plugin "kcm_lookandfeel" "The shared library was not found."
Plugin search paths are ("/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins", "/usr/bin")
The environment variable QT_PLUGIN_PATH might be not correctly set
"file:///usr/share/kpackage/kcms/kcm_lookandfeel/contents/ui/main.qml"
"Error loading QML file.\n28: module \"org.kde.kcm\" is not installed\n"

Though, I have not manually removed this

Confirm this.
It's happened after last update to Frameworks 5.42.0
