When I overwrite kra file or JPEG file in short intervals (like last detail retouched before i finish my work) than these save commands don't work anymore. The window environment locks down and I need to "refresh" Krita by pressing quit. (Quit actually doesn't quit Krita in that situation)

I cannot reproduce this, but the save system was rewritten in 4.0 and works in a completely different way.
