Thanks for the followup, albeit a few years late :) I'd be happy to assist further if I could on this topic however my current Linux edition "Clear Linux v. 37730" does not support online accounts (at least not that I know of at the moment) with any desktop env. KDE does however work very well, and as it is close to bleeding edge with clear Linux, I doubt I will be reporting any further bugs.
