An update in Plasma workspace 5.11.5 has meant that after I close the laptop connected to an external  at work and open it at home my laptop displayt is off and thus black. Changing to another TTY works turns on the screen. Also typing password in the blind with the display off and pressing projector + function key will turn on the screen.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please see if you can reproduce the issue with Plasma 5.25 or 5.26?
