window on which the bug shows

With certain icon themes, I get 'Unknown Open Collaboration Service API error. (103)' in the "System settings module". Linux Mint 18.3 KDE, fresh clean install. When the details are opened, it will display as "installing", but nothing really happens. When leaving details, it will still display "installing" right until an affected theme is clicked again,

Some unaffected themes:
Papirus, Faenza-Cupertino

Some affected themes:
Faenza, Ubo Icons Theme, SnowIsh, Crystal Clear
