In offices, it is common practice to do a session logout before leaving the computer unattended. Therefore, it would be nice to have default shortcut to logout. In Windows, Meta+L is used.
(I certainly always change it to that but I'm not sure we should add/change more shortcuts..)
Just as a sidenote but to have it documented: Meta + L on other systems does _not_ log you out (which closes applications), but rather locks the screen. That should be implemented.

control+alt+l already locks the screen by default control+alt+shift+del logs out They can be found in system settings. I don't think we need to be an exact windows clone out the box.
Unity and Gnome use Meta+L for the reason of consistency, which for such a critical thing as lock screen makes sense. KDE Plasma, by default, has nothing on Meta+L, so it would make to switch to that instead.
