its simple

dont add .jpg or .png to imported layer names.


it clutters needlessly,and if you import a lot of layers its a hassle to manually rename everything

This wish was untouched; I guess it needs at least some other person confirming that it would be a good idea, considering it's not about adding new features bug changing the behaviour of an existing one.

I'm undecided which way I would prefer it.
