Part of application discription is hidden and there is no way to see it, while sidebar takes majority of screen real estate.

Current behaviour: Changing the width of the application window does not change the width of the sidebar. If the width of the main window is decreased enough, the width of the main content area becomes less than the sidebar, which leads to part of content becoming inaccessible. I know that if the width is narrow enough the sidebar autohides but it doesn't happen, for example, when the window is snapped to one side of my 1366 pixel wide screen. See screenshot.

Expected behaviour: The width of the sidebar should start decreasing as the main window becomes narrow enough and it should keep on decreasing until the content of the sidebar cannot be legitimately displayed, at which point it should autohide.

This has been reworked for 5.12.

Thanks! :)
