If I don't have a key of a recipient, Kmail informs me about it but gives me not possibility to changes this.

It would be nice if a Button "Download Missing Keys from Server" would be included like its the case in Enigmail and Thunderbird.

Allow to open KeySelectionDialog from kmail composer

This allow to select the missing keys when one before clicking the
send button.
