With the newest User Edition I am unable to install the application "sqlitebrowser". It depends on libqt5scintilla2-12v5 (>= 2.8.4).

If I try to install libqt5scintilla2-12v5 manually it says it depends on many other qt libs, which are installed and newer than the specified versions.

I guess libqt5scintilla2-12v5 should be repackaged by Neon CI.

As I do not have any active KDE neon installation I can't test any of this. 

Marking it as resolved for now.
