Docked dialogs auto-expand depending on the amount of their content/options. 

I think a stepwise - user - controlled - snapping by moving the bottom or top dialog window bounds - would be much better than an arbitrary auto expanding window. We need not to copy from faults of PS.

This is not a bug.

This is also how Qt works... And we're not going to try to hack around that.
