Description Bob Ocegueda 2018-01-01 17:19:42 UTC
(I'm not sure if I have the field "Platform" above correct)
I'm using an Mac Book Pro running OS High Sierra, v 10.13.2, using an iPad Pro with Astropad software (https://astropad.com/standard/) to make the iPad into a graphic tablet.
Krita works OK from the Mac Book Pro using the mouse, but I need to use the iPad Pro to be able to use it as a graphic tablet and be able to use my pencil.
Once I start on the iPad the only tool that works is the Pan tool, even if I go back to the Mac Book Pro and use the mouse to select other tools. I need to shut the program off and re-open it to get access to the other tools.

Yeah... We've had more reports about bugs with Astropad, but, tbh, though we've got an ipad pro now, I'm rather disinclined to invest in Astropad and investigate. We're using the default OSX tablet api through Qt, and any problems with Astropad will be in that combination.

This is not something we can do anything about. It's something that might need to be implemented in Qt: http://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/interest/2016-March/021552.html
