Last night I set up a sequence queue that contains lights and then darks. What I failed to realise was that I had set 'Autofocus is HFR >' for darks. I was having guiding issues so decided to remove the lights from the quue, parked the mount and ran the queue for the darks. This morning I found only one dark had been produced because it had tried to focus before the second dark, found it could not find a star and aborted. Can the software be updated to ignore all the 'Limit Settings' when doing darks? Although this was not the case last night, it would also be useful to ignore the Filter option in 'File Settings'.
It already does that. Maybe when you remove the light and kept the dark, something was left over. Can you try to replicate that with the simulators?

Jasem, I cannot reproduce this using the simulators as I cannot get the guiding to work. It just keeps saying 'Exposure Timeout. Restarting exposure...'. I may need to wait until it is dark.
You get this error "Restarting Exposure" while using Simulators?!
