Here it is:
mail-server: smtp.mail.ru
username: account@mail.ru
encryption SSL
port: 465
auth: PLAIN

Simplest case ever! But not for the mentally retarded Kmail!
I can't even find out if there any logging there - notification just shows socket operation timeout
