After adding fill layer to file with adjustment layers this fill layer can't be moved or Krita crashes.

To replicate:
- create large canvas like 4k x 4k (one paint layer will be created automatically)
- add color adjustment filter layer
- add it again
- add fill layer, select any color
- try to move fill layer to lower position

If you add only one color adjustment layer Krita will not crash, but you will not be able to change fill layer position.
