Created attachment 109541 [details] dolphin preferences A small blue line appears when I leave a section of some apps preferences window (my screencast shows dolphin preferences but I noticed the same bug in K3b preferences) and on mouseover menus and submenus. My monitor scale is 1.2. No problem when I use default monitor scale.

It probably is a bug in KPageDialog not handling rounding with fractional scaled rectangles.
What's funny is the line appearing inside the first item. Reproduced with Fusion, Skulpture, and Breeze style, in Dolphin and KWrite config dialog.
