When I try to make a layer in Krita with the insert key or plus icon at the bottom right, it won't make the new layer. I do have a digital tablet plugged into my computer and installed but Krita won't cooperate.

Does this happen with all images, or with a specific image? Could you attach a screenshot? I'm completely unsure what could cause this...
