Description Andres Betts 2017-12-25 02:55:10 UTC
When re-connecting to WIFI upon wake up for the laptop or desktop, there is a popup that say that the system has connected to WIFI. It works better to disable this and let the system quietly reconnect to wifi without showing a notification.

See https://cgit.kde.org/plasma-nm.git/commit/?id=d8edcc6ab77836127f3cef5833bcd9e8a88a6e9f. This has been already implemented. Are you sure you were not connected to a different network?
Comment 2 Andres Betts 2018-01-02 15:05:12 UTC
Interesting. I am seeing this behavior on the latest build from GIT and it happens when I boot the computer, not when I get in from sleep/wake
Comment 3 Nate Graham 2018-01-02 16:29:17 UTC
https://cgit.kde.org/plasma-nm.git/commit/?id=d8edcc6ab77836127f3cef5833bcd9e8a88a6e9f only suppressed it for sleep/wake. Do we want to do the same for boot-up as well?
Comment 4 Andres Betts 2018-01-02 16:34:48 UTC
I think the behavior is best when it interferes the least. Yes. We should have the same behavior everywhere with known networks.

This has been gone for years at this point!
