With the menu Help->What's this? I expect to be able to click on an UI element to get info. However the only element where I get info is the image editing menu buttons.

So if the what's this feature is not really used the menu entry for it should maybe be disabled to avoid confusion.

What's This option (SHIFT+F1) is implemented with plenty of widget, depending of the context used for GUI.
