OK and KO drag

When draging a video from kdenlive explorer, all my desktop freezes. I must launch a "killall kdenlive" from a window command.
Dragin from System File Explorer is OK 
See attachment.
Simply selection from kdenlive browser runs correctly.

For me, pressing the Esc key allows me to abort the drag operation and resume normal operation. Can you test ? I agree it's still a minor bug.

Yes, confirmed, the escape Key resume the drag gesture on my kubuntu 17.10 both for kdenlive 17.12 and 18.04.

It seems the problem is solved. We closed this bug. If it still appears in the latest version, please feel free to re-open it and update the affected version number.
