Baloo support is optional and voluntary disabled with all bundle, because the service do not work well with bundle application process.

Baloo is also considerated as unstable, as we seen all reports in bugzilla about this interface.

There is no plan around Baloo support. I will said more : the plan is to remove baloo support in the future if nothing change to improve the stability of this engine. We have more important tasks to do and we need to reduce complexity if we can.
