Dictionary functionality does not return any results, on any work tried. E.g. 
define:spell
returns nothing.

In debug console I see the below:

The dictionary data engine timed out (word: "s" )
The dictionary data engine timed out (word: "sp" )
The dictionary data engine timed out (word: "spe" )
The dictionary data engine timed out (word: "spel" )
The dictionary data engine timed out (word: "spell" )
